Online Payment
You can pay the fees levied by the Registraire des entreprises online.
Online payment is entirely secure, and your credit card number will not be kept after the transaction. You can print a receipt for the payment.
You must have a Visa or Mastercard credit card to make an online payment and select the requests or applications to be paid. Note that:
In the case of a payment of a declaration of registration by a natural person operating an enterprise, a Québec enterprise number (NEQ) will be automatically assigned to you when the payment is confirmed, provided you have not entered an establishment associated with another name.
In the case of a payment for an application for articles of constitution by a numbered business corporation, the NEQ and the enterprise number will be automatically assigned to you when the payment is confirmed.
- Important
If you make your payment with a prepaid credit card, be sure that the card will be valid for a few weeks after the payment date so that we may refund the payment if your application is refused or cancelled.
Combined credit and debit cards are not accepted for online payments.
