Important

Initial declaration

If an updating declaration was deposited in the enterprise's file after the deposit of its articles, you will be invited to file the initial declaration using the appropriate paper form.

Directors

An enterprise that has to provide information in the Administrateurs section must specify the position of certain directors to facilitate its registration for the GST\HST, the QST and source deductions, and its communications with government departments and agencies.
