Online Payment

You can pay online all of the fees levied by the Registraire des entreprises.

This payment method is entirely secure and your credit card number will not be kept after the transaction. You can print a receipt for the payment.

You must have a Visa or MasterCard credit card to make an online payment and select the requests or applications to be paid:

In the case of a payment of a declaration of registration by a natural person operating an enterprise, an NEQ will be automatically assigned to you when the payment is confirmed, provided you have not entered an establishment associated with another name.

In the case of a payment for an application for articles of constitution by a numbered business corporation, the NEQ and the enterprise number will be automatically assigned to you when the payment is confirmed.

Important

If you make your payment with a prepaid credit card, be sure that the card will be valid for a few weeks after the payment date so that we may refund the payment if your application is refused or cancelled.

Combined credit and debit cards are not accepted.

Other payment methods

If you decide not to pay online with a credit card, you must print the statement that is displayed. The lower portion of the statement will allow you to pay:

  • cash or by Interac debit card, at a Services Québec office in Montréal or Québec City, both of which offer Registraire des entreprises services;
  • by cheque or money order payable to the Registraire des entreprises (mail the payment and the lower portion of the statement to the Registraire des entreprises).

Please note that you must have version 9.0 or higher of Adobe Reader on your computer to print the remittance slip.

Important
Your request will not be processed until payment is received by the Registraire des entreprises. If you pay by a means other than online with a credit card, you must wait a few more days before your request is processed.
