Online Payment

You can pay online all of the fees levied by the enterprise registrar.

This payment method is entirely secure and your credit card number will not be preserved after the transaction. You can print a receipt for the payment.

You must have a Visa or MasterCard credit card to make an online payment and select the requests to be paid:

• if you are identified, the requests pertaining to your enterprise or the accredited intermediary will display;
• if you are not identified (or if you do not have a clicSÉQUR express access code), you must have at hand the number of the request to be paid.

In the case of a payment for the filing of a declaration of registration by a natural person operating an enterprise, an NEQ will be automatically assigned to you when the payment is confirmed.

In the case of a payment for an application for articles of constitution by a numbered business corporation, an NEQ and the enterprise number will be automatically assigned to you when the payment is confirmed.

Other payment methods

If you decide not to pay online with a credit card, you must print the statement that is displayed. The lower portion of the statement will allow you to pay:

• cash or by Interac debit card, in person only at a Services Québec office;
• by cheque or money order payable to the Minister of Revenue (mail the payment and the lower portion of the statement to the enterprise registrar).

Please note that you must have Acrobat Reader on your computer to print the remittance slip.

When your requests to be paid are updated, you must record the number of the request and the relevant receipt number.

Attention

If you pay your request using the other payment methods, the enterprise registrar will not process your request until payment is received.
