Services offered to accredited intermediaries

The enterprise registrar enables intermediaries to access two essential tools: the “My Office” portal and the documentary tool. 

My Office

Accredited intermediaries can access their clients’ files through “My Office.”

When you access your customized office, you can indicate the Québec enterprise number (NEQ) in respect of which you wish to submit a request to the enterprise registrar.

Note

You must use the same identifiers to access your office both as a registrant and as an accredited intermediary.

Documentary tool

The documentary tool is not available at this time.

The enterprise registrar makes available to intermediaries documents intended solely for them in order to facilitate the processing of their files.

To access these documents, you will need the user code that the enterprise registrar sent to the professional who engages in the activity declared.

You may only use this code to access the documentary tool on the enterprise registrar’s website.
