Services Offered to Professionals

Professionals who offer enterprises consulting or guidance services and services related to the updating of information filed in the enterprise register and who annually submit a significant volume of requests may file a Demande d’autorisation de transmission électronique de documents pour le compte d’un tiers (REQ-131).

Accreditation eligibility criteria

To obtain accreditation to electronically file documents on behalf of a third party, you must:

  • be registered with the enterprise registrar;
  • have updated the information concerning your enterprise in the enterprise register;
  • engage in a profession (lawyer, notary, jurist and syndic) related to record keeping (signatory of the application for accreditation);
  • regularly engage in dealings with the enterprise registrar on behalf of your clients.

To file an application

You must file the completed form to the enterprise registrar.
