Services Offered to Government Departments and Bodies
The Québec enterprise registrar offers three services to government departments and bodies that request them.
A user code and password will be sent to the person in charge indicated by the government department or body in question (a body is defined by the Financial Administration Act [R.S.Q., c. A-6.001, s. 2]).
Search for an enterprise in the enterprise register
Government departments and bodies can search for an enterprise in the register by means of the online service created for this purpose.
Request a copy of a document or an attestation
Government departments and bodies can request from the enterprise registrar a copy of a document or an attestation by means of the online service created for this purpose.
Request an information grouping
Government departments and bodies can request an information grouping by means of the online service created for this purpose.

- The information groupings that government departments and bodies request may contain personal information such as the name and address of the natural person if they comply with the criteria stipulated in the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information.
Government departments and bodies and educational institutions can obtain, free of charge, information groupings for research purposes.
Rates and payment
Please consult the fee schedule to ascertain the fees that apply to the online services offered to you.
You must have billed to your account the fees stemming from each request and pay such fees at least once a month (by grouping together the fees linked to your requests) according to the terms of payment that the enterprise registrar offers.
To make a payment online, you will need your user code and your password.
