To use this service Access the Statuts de constitution avec l'avis établissant le siège et la liste des administrateurs service (available in French only).
Purpose of the service Incorporate a business corporation by submitting the notice establishing the head office and the list of directors. You will then have 60 days in which to submit your initial declaration.

Warning

You cannot correct the date of the articles of constitution that came into force before 2011 by requesting a correction of articles. To correct the date, you must use the paper version of either form RE-300, Statuts de constitution or form RE-301, Avis établissant l'adresse du siège et la liste des administrateurs.
