Certificat d'attestation
The Certificat d'attestation issued by the Registraire des entreprises confirms the registration status of an enterprise. Do not confuse the Certificat d'attestation with the Attestation de Revenu Québec, which is required to submit a bid in response to a public call for tenders or to conclude a mutual agreement contract.

Certificat de régularité (before 1994)
You can also use this online service to request a Certificat de régularité (documents filed before 1994). For purposes of the request, the enterprise's file number corresponds to the central enterprise database number that was assigned to the enterprise, not its Québec enterprise number (NEQ). You must select Attestation in the list of documents.
