My Office

This service enables enterprises and accredited intermediaries to access their file in the enterprise register and the complete range of online services that the enterprise registrar offers.

Once you have identified yourself, you can, in particular, consult the following information:

• the enterprise's or the authorized intermediary's file;
• the state of and follow-up to the enterprise's obligations;
• follow-up to requests that are being processed.

You can also use the online services offered to registered enterprises, which will, in particular, enable you to:

• file declarations or notices;
• make online payments;
• request or correct articles;
• request a copy of an attestation;
• request an information grouping.

Business services

My Office gives you access to the applicable forms, depending on the legal form of your business.

To access your customized office, you must identify yourself by indicating your Québec enterprise number (NEQ) and your clicSÉQUR express code.

Notes

• If you do not know the business's clicSÉQUR express access code, contact our client services. We will mail you a new code within 15 business days of your request.
• If you have not received your clicSÉQUR express access code, go to Verification of the Address to Which the Business's  Access Code Should Be Sent.
