Annual Striking Off Period

Every year, the enterprise registrar engages in two bulk ex officio strikingoff operations for failure to produce annual declarations:

• In the spring, for legal persons, associations and other groups;
• In the fall, for sole proprietorships and partnerships.

At those times of the year, the enterprise registrar publishes a Notice of Striking Off on its Web site. This notice contains a complete list, in both alphabetical and numerical (NEQ) order, of registrants that failed to produce annual declarations for the years concerned.

Following this publication, the enterprise registrar proceeds with the ex officio strikingoff  and sends the enterprise a Decision to strike off. A copy of the decision is also deposited in the register.
