Updating your file

Every year you must update the information in your enterprise's file during the period specified by regulation. If your situation changes or if you wish to alter incomplete or inaccurate information in your file, you must file a declaration that indicates the changes to be made.

The information concerning your enterprise can be used for or against third parties as of the date on which it is filed in the enterprise register.

It is, therefore, important to make the appropriate changes by filing :

• an initial declaration;
• an annual updating declaration;
• a current updating declaration;
• a corrective updating declaration.
