Current updating declaration

If the information submitted by the registrant to the enterprise register is outdated, the registrant must file a current updating declaration within 30 business days of a change.

The registrant must file an updating declaration, in particular in the event of the dissolution or the liquidation of the registrant’s enterprise (unless notice has been submitted to the enterprise registrar), or in the event of bankruptcy.

There are no fees for filing a current updating declaration. However, fees apply when priority processing is requested. Consult the fee schedule.
