Corrective updating declaration

An enterprise that notices that a declaration previously filed in the enterprise register is incomplete or includes inaccurate information must correct it by filing a corrective updating declaration. This correction may apply to more than one declaration, in which case you must indicate it in the appropriate section of the form.

Note that all enterprises registered in the enterprise register can file a corrective updating declaration to add missing information or to withdraw or correct inaccurate information previously declared. This correction is retroactive.

Attention

If you wish to update the information declared in the enterprise register during the year, you must file a current updating declaration.
