Request the dissolution of a cooperative

A registered cooperative (a legal person established for a private interest) that wants to dissolve must apply to the ministère du Développement économique, de l'Innovation et de l'Exportation. When the MDEIE accepts the dissolution, it notifies the enterprise registrar, who then strikes off ex officio the registration of the dissolved cooperative.
