Choice of browser

This site tries to adhere as closely as possible to W3C (World Wide Web Consortium) recommendations, particularly with respect to the use of cascading style sheets (CSS) for element positioning and appearance. Some browsers, especially older versions of the widely used Netscape Navigator and MS Internet Explorer, are incapable of handling CSS code and therefore do not display such pages properly.
