The information in the enterprise register is public information. Enterprises are responsible for the accuracy of the information they declare. If you find information in the enterprise register that you believe is inaccurate, contact us.

Important message

As we have reduced our staff due to the exceptional measures related to COVID-19, priority has been given to the processing of the following applications made with the online services of the Registraire des entreprises du Québec.

  1. Applications related to starting a business: registration, constitution, continuance, and amalgamation.
  2. Applications for which priority service is requested.
  3. Requests for a copy of a document or an attestation (2009 and later).

As we will be operating with a reduced staff over the next few weeks, it may take longer than usual for us to process certain applications.

Furthermore, all of Services Québec's client services for businesses staff has been reassigned to taking calls directly related to the COVID-19 outbreak. This is an exceptional situation requiring exceptional measures which will last for an indefinite period of time.

To limit the spread of the virus, only payments by cheque, credit card and debit card will be accepted at Services Québec offices in Québec City and Montréal. Also, in order to comply with social distancing and public hygiene measures, the use of multiservice stations reserved for the online services of the Registraire des entreprises will be prohibited at Services Québec offices. These measures will be in place for an indefinite period of time.

To limit inconveniences, use our online services to file your applications. These services are secure, efficient and readily accessible.
