Instructions for Checking a Certification Number

The Vérifier un numéro de certification online service enables users to confirm the validity of a certification or attestation number provided by the enterprise registrar and to display the relevant document if it has been digitized.

The certification number sent to you will allow you to access at any time the digitized version of the document requested. This number will accompany your printed copy or will be provided when you display the document online.

You can use the certification number to conduct a quick document search.

Important

If the document requested has not been digitized, you will not be able to display it. You will receive a description of the document, of which you can obtain a printed copy. However, if the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information applies to the document that you wish to consult, you may neither display it nor request a copy of it.
