Changes to Receipts for Payment and Bank Statements

To better serve our clientele, changes to receipts for payment and bank statements are being introduced gradually beginning November 11, 2019.

The following information will added on receipts for payment:

  • Merchant name
  • Merchant email
  • Transaction type
  • Client name
  • Reference number
  • Response code or ISO code
  • Card type

Moreover, a new identifier for the Registraire des entreprises will appear on bank statements for any online credit card payment to the Registraire. The identifier, “REGISTRAIRE DES ENTREP QUEBEC CD” will be replaced by “REQ/receipt number” on all bank statements.
