Information to provide in the Personne à contacter section of My Office

In an effort to increase its efficiency and to reduce its use of paper, the Registraire des entreprises invites you to add an email address when you complete or update the Personne à contacter section of the My Office secure space.

By doing so, we will be able to email certain communications to you, such as the Instructions for the Annual Updating Declaration (REZ-630-T), which the Registraire des entreprises sends each year to remind you that you must file your updating declaration.

The information provided in the Personne à contacter section of the My Office secure space will be automatically entered in the Personne à contacter section of each application that you file with the Registraire des entreprises. The information can be changed at any time.

To complete or update the Personne à contacter section of My Office, carry out these steps:

  1. Click Access under My OfficeEnter your Québec enterprise number (NEQ) and your clicSÉQUR express access code in the appropriate fields of the Authentification de l'entreprise window. 
  2. Under Liens rapides (on the left side of the Mon bureau page, click Inscrire ou mettre à jour les renseignements relatifs à la personne à contacter inscrite au dossier de l'entreprise.

    If you are an intermediary authorized by the Registraire des entreprises to file documents online, on behalf of a third party, you will have access to this quick link after you enter your enterprise's NEQ.
  3. Complete the Personne à contacter section, choose email as your preferred communication mode and enter an email address.
