Notice Concerning Exemption from Publication of Addresses in the Enterprise Register 

This notice is addressed to agencies offering assistance to victims of violence and groups of persons offering direct or indirect services to victims of violence. Prior to the time that the Registraire des entreprises made its services available online, the domicile address of such an agency or group of persons, as well as the domicile addresses of its directors, was exempted from publication in the enterprise register.

To maintain the exemption from publication of such addresses, these agencies and groups of persons must file their annual or current updating declaration using the paper form, which can be obtained by contacting Services Québec.
