Notice of striking off

We wish to inform you that the enterprise registrar will strike off ex officio the registration of the businesses listed in the documents below if they fail to file the annual declarations that were not previously filed or pay the required fees within 24 days after this notice is published.

In accordance with section 50 of the Act respecting the legal publicity of sole proprietorships, partnerships and legal persons, the enterprise registrar may strike off ex officio the registration of businesses having failed to file their Déclaration annuelle (annual declaration) for two consecutive years.

Annual declaration forms are available from Services Québec.

Consult the alphabetical and numerical (by Québec enterprise number) lists below. The first list is comprised of legal persons not eligible to file their information return and their income tax return together, associations and other groups that failed to file their annual declarations for 2005 and 2006. The second list is comprised of natural persons and partnerships that failed to file their annual declarations for 2006 and 2007.
