Notice of striking off

On October 21, we published the list comprised of legal persons not eligible for joint filing of their information return and their income tax return, associations and other groups that failed to file their annual declarations for 2005 and 2006. We also published the list comprised of natural persons and partnerships that failed to file their annual declarations for 2006 and 2007.

In accordance with section 50 of the Act respecting the legal publicity of sole proprietorships, partnerships and legal persons, the enterprise registrar may strike off ex officio the registration of businesses having failed to file their Déclaration annuelle(annual declaration) for two consecutive years.

We wish to inform you that we have struck off the registration of all businesses that failed to update their file. In addition, an order for revocation was sent to them following the striking off. A copy of the order for revocation was also deposited in the register.
