Problems processing the Déclaration de renseignements

There has been a problem processing the Déclaration de renseignements au registre des entreprises (information return). The problem involves such returns that were filed using authorized software. Therefore, a notice of failure to file may have been sent to you in error.

The source of the problem has been found, and we are rapidly working to remedy the situation. The problem has mostly affected information returns that were filed with no changes.

If your business has been affected by this problem, you will soon receive a letter from the enterprise registrar confirming the adjustment to your file. There is no need to contact Services Québec because the problem will be resolved shortly.
