New version of enterprise registrar forms

As of today, a new version of each enterprise registrar form is available on the registrar’s website. Paper copies are also now available. The main changes are found in the instructions, fees and payment methods.

In particular, changes have been made to the Déclaration d’immatriculation (declaration of registration) and Déclaration modificative (amending declaration) forms for all types of registrants in view of the new digitizing procedure planned for implementation in May 2009. For instance, a two-dimensional barcode has been added to each of these forms.

The new forms can now be ordered in the usual manner. Please destroy any previous versions you may have.
