Initial declarations not microfilmed

Certain initial declarations will not be microfilmed immediately because we have encountered problems during the microfilming process. To regularize the situation, these declarations will be digitized as soon as the new digitization process is implemented and in operation.

Please note that initial declarations that have not been microfilmed are filed in the register, but are not yet listed in the index of documents. However, this does not affect the procedure for issuing copies of documents.

The initial declarations in question should all be listed in the index of documents by the end of 2009.
