Instructions regarding Priority Service Requests

For some services, the Direction du registre des entreprises offers a priority service, with an average processing time of 24 hours. To obtain this service, "priority" must be clearly indicated on the request. An equivalent term or synonym will no longer be accepted. 

When a form is used to request priority service, in order for the request to be valid, the box corresponding to this service must be checked off and the section for the mailing address must be completed. If these requirements are not met, the request will be processed within the usual time frame.

All priority service requests must be accompanied by the fee payable.

With the objective of ensuring a quality service, we recommend that you indicate on your priority service request the telephone number of the person to be contacted should a problem arise. You may be assured that this number would not be used for anything other than the request in question.

Instructions concerning economic activities and purpose of partnerships in English

The economic activities and purpose of partnerships reported in English and received in English by the Direction du registre des entreprises are translated into French before being entered in the register.

To avoid translation errors, indicate the economic activities and the purpose of partnerships in French, or include a French translation of this information in the letter accompanying the declaration.
