Revocation of Striking Off

It is possible to revoke the ex officio striking off for failure to produce:

  • two consecutive annual updating declarations (Déclarations de mise à jour annuelles); or
  • the current updating declaration (Déclaration de mise à jour courante) as required by the enterprise registrar under the Act respecting the legal publicity of enterprises.

Revocation of striking off presented by a third party

The enterprise registrar may, at the request of an interested third party and subject to conditions determined by the registrar, cancel the striking off of a registrant; however, the registrant could once again be stricken off at the end of the revocation period requested by the third party. The registrant could have the striking off revoked and continue its regular life cycle by producing the necessary annual updating declaration and/or the current updating declaration.
